What are your business hours?

At this time, I provide evening/after school/late evening times, Monday through Wednesday.

What are your rates?

Our first session, often called the Intake/evaluation appointment, is $225. This involves us discussing what is bringing you in for services, discussing your history with mental health, and developing goals and a treatment plan for future sessions if we both feel that we are a good fit for each other.

Follow up sessions are typically 50-60 minutes for $150 for individuals and $180 for relationship counseling.

Do you take insurance?

No. Currently, I am not INN with insurance companies. I provide Superbills for reimbursements for either the client to submit or myself via Thrizer.

How do I know Therapy is right for me?

This is a hard one to answer because therapy is such a personal decision! Often time, people who are seeking therapy are at a place where they are tired of dealing with mental health struggles. They want to develop skills to process the craziness of life. Perhaps they had a recent traumatic stressor or change. Regardless, therapy is right for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves in a safe environment without feeling judged.

What if we're not a good fit?

Fit is so important in therapy! It is not uncommon for you to have a mismatch with someone. Fortunately, I am working on a good referral network with the therapist community in North Carolina that I can provide you if we have to part ways.
