Often times, my clients come into therapy feeling withdrawn, lost, or overwhelmed by their emotions. They are tired and fatigued due to what cards life have dealt them. They may be wondering what has changed that has led them up to this point or perhaps they do not know how to let go of past traumas and hurt.

My clients want to learn how to have more control over their emotions, be confident, and rediscover themselves. They want to develop stronger support systems for themselves or learn how to hold boundaries around people that are not the healthiest to be around. They are tired of feeling depressed, anxious, not heard, and out of control because they feel that their emotions have taken over. They are ready to take life back by the horns and start living again.

Therapy can be really scary and intimidating. It takes courage to reach out and share your story with someone. However, you deserve to live a life worth living and not just exist.
